Changing the bulb on this recessed spotlight

Hi,

A few of my spotlights have started flickering so I'm trying to change them. The spotlight didn't have a spring retaining clip around the bulb but I was able to pry out the spotlight from the ceiling with a flat screwdriver.

Problem is, I'm now having a bit of a difficult time working out how to replace the bulb in this spotlight.. Unscrewing the front just causes the glass to fall out.

I guess I have three questions..

What do I need to actually replace here?
How do I replace it?
Where can I source it? (no idea where to look!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to change the entire fitting for a new one.

Did they all start flickering at the same time? Do they flicker in time with each other?
If so, the problem may not be with the lamp itself.

What is above the lamp in the ceiling? Insulation? They need space for ventilation; their life is reduced if they run hot.

They don't have bulbs, what they have is a non replaceable LED COB.

If the light fixture itself is at fault and it's not your electrical environment as suggested by endecotp, then you will have to replace the LED fixtures themselves.

If its a decent brand it should have reference on the fitting somewhere. The cheaper ones tend not to so makes it almost impossible to identify and replace to match. May have to change them all and hope to get some the same cut-out size

First picture shows voltage, colour temperature, angle, and wattage, it would not show that if you could change lamp. As to flickering could be the light switch, I find electronic light switches do cause flickering with some lights.
