So there I was, carefully chasing out a 2G hole in the single breezeblock internal wall between the bathroom and landing for a shaver socket.
Almost done, just one little lump at the back to remove.
I had the chisel at too high an angle and knocked right through the wall - chisel flew through and down the stairs. And the size of the lump of plaster knocked of the back of the wall was a LOT bigger than the hole I was chasing out.
