Hi all,
First Post so apologies if this seems an obvious question:
Some of my external house cladding has blown off in recent storms. I am going through insurance to get sorted but have noticed that the cladding is held onto wooden battons fixed to the breeze block behind, there is no membrane behind the cladding. My question is should there be, if so I'm going to get in contact with the house builders and see why it wasn't done. I just can't seem to find a definitive answer/regulation online as to whether it SHOULD be done or is only a recommendation.
