coach house-.covert garage to a bedroom?

Hello. Would really appreciate some advise. Could we convert our garage to a bedroom on our coach. I have attached a photo. We own the garage on the left next to the front door. Thanks in advance.

It will depend on the construction of the garages.
you will need to fireproof the bedroom from the rest of the garages

you'll probably require permission from the neighbours.

Permitted development may well have been removed, and it's common on new build for planning restrictions to be imposed preventing garage conversions.

You need to check the existing planning permission for any conditions, and your deeds for any covenants or easements.

The conversion work is just a technical issue.
