Hi wondering if someone can help? I have a Texecom premier alarm and keep getting a com fault on com 3 (gsm) and first I thought this was down to mobile phone signal dropping so changed the sim to a different provider.
I still get the fault coming through on the panel every few days but the strange thing is the com port is still working.
As well as the gsm I have a smart com and as soon as I go into the app I get a text saying that remote access has started.
If I arm and disarm the alarm remotely the fault clears. It’s driving me mad now. Any ideas?
