computer start up.....full page

How do you make your laptop start with a full page open, it keeps opening with a reduced size page and I have to re size it every time.
I did solve it once by searching the net but can't seem to find the answer again.

Just tried what it said to do on there.......it didn't work

Try holding down the ctrl key and move the mouse ball away from you.

Thank you for the reply, I did that......not a complete novice

Can stretch screen to fit but every time I restart it reduces in size again, not a big deal I know, but just one of those annoying little things that I would like fixed.

Choose Tools > Internet Options > Advanced (tab sheet) > Reset > Reset
