Concealed door stops?

I know you can get concealed door closers, which you fit in the shut along with the hinges, however does anyone know of a door stop that works in the same way?

I need to prevent and internal door from opening too far, so that it hits a toilet. I cant put a door stop down on the floor unfortunately as it'll be right in the way

Door doesn't open that far though. Needs to stop pretty much bang on 90 degrees
