Concrete and paint removal

I am trying to find the best way of removing concrete and paint marks on My aluminium windows. I am worried that elbow grease may cause scratching of the surface paint.

Any suggestions?

You should have thought of that before you put concrete and paint all over them

the only thing i can think of is to hope the cement hasnt bonded
with the frames and may drop off if attact with something blunt
at near right angle somthing like a piece of wood
or one of those plastic scrapers
