I'm going to build a triangular 3.5m x 3.5m gazebo with pressure treated 100x100 fence posts.
I've considering concreting the posts directly into the ground, but the way I've designed it I will need to construct the frame before fixing it into the ground.
Therefore I'm looking at some supports which I can concrete in for strength, but later attach the frame to them.
I'm seen these Galvanised/welded supports and wondered if anyone had used them and how strong/resilient they are regarding standard water etc.
I could use Stainless steel ones but they are £60/each, rather than £15/each for galvanised ones.
Any experience/thoughts welcome.
