Concrete Sill Broken Off

Hi,

The corner of my concrete window sill has broken off. I think it's original 1950s.

Whats the best way to go about repair, mortar and sealant? Or should I be worried about any under lying issues.

Probably broken because the steel reinforcement has rusted, spalled and cracked the concrete.

Was the steel exposed at one end prior to it breaking?

Gently knock a bit off the chunk where the steel mark is, then refix it with Sticks Like, and support it somehow for 24 hours. Should do the job, and cheaply.
