Condensation in loft

Hi I have just had a new roof with breathable felt 2 days ago

I have been in the loft and noticed condensation on some of the felt - is this normal

If I put my hand on some of the felt water drips

The roofer has fitted 4 vents and a ridge vent

Normal, no - but if your loft hatch has been left open a while, moist air from the warm house below, has possibly condensed out on the cold underside of the felt.
