Hi, my boiler - Baxi Platinum 28E, currently has a wireless thermostat / receiver installed.

The current thermostat receiver has a Live / Neutral and 2 x black on/off wires attached.

Can I just connect these wires to the Live / Neutral and on/off terminals in the Hive receiver?

If so it'll be to terminals 1 & 3 I'm guessing?

Pic 1 is the current wireless receiver
Pic 2 is wiring diagram on the boiler
Pic 3 is the terminal block...

Thank you

yes just use the wiring to the existing salus receiver your wiring using 1&3 on the single channel hive is correct for the switching, and L&N straight forward, doesnt matter which way the black wires are connected to 1&3 on the Hive

That looks like where the clock would normally be installed. Shouldn’t matter too much though, it should still switch.

It works perfectly, thanks for your help.

That's where the old Baxi wireless thermostat receiver was. I've got some 5 core to wire the new receiver. Just need to secure it to the wall now.
