COM4 will be your Ethernet module, these log events are made when you use the RSS software to copy site (settings) and upload any changes.

I'm not sure if the app will cause these log events too, but if you haven't used the RSS software you may want to check the security of your ethernet module (stop port forwarding, use a VPN, etc)
