Copying Audio only from a Video

When you say disc, how do you want to make the disc and play it on what?

Yes!
Get 'Audacity', record the audio while the video is playing and save as MP3 (or format of your choice).
Then use a cd authoring prog/iTunes/Brasero (Ubuntu) etc. to burn the audio CD.

Is it a you tube type video you want the sound from? If so try 4K Video downloader. I make MP3 cds for the car from you tube music videos with it and all you do is copy the you tube URL into the down loader and it does the rest whilst you do something else if you want to
