Corrugated plastic roofing

I bought some corrogated plastic to cover a lean to. The only plastic sheets I could find are clear so I was going to paint them but have since decided I can't actually be bothered, It would be a long and messy job and I know I'd bugger it up. How illegal would it be to contact paper the underside of the sheets? I know it won't last forever so don't @ me about that but in my head I think this would be a good alternative. Do you guys have any reason to think otherwise Before I go ahead waste more money on this?

i am sure you dont mean illegal probably practical or sensible ??
it needs to be waterproof whatever you use as you will get condensation

what are you trying to achieve reduced vision /sun/light/heat loss/sounds transfer???
