Have a garage.
Corrugated steel external wall is rotting.
Need to clad it with weather proof cladding that won't rot.
Here been to GAP plastics. They recommend 2.4 m x 1.2 m, 3 mm thick white uPVC sheeting. This would certainly keep the weather off and preserve the steel corrugation, but would need about 12 sheets which would cost about £600.

Want cheaper do it and forget it solution than this.

Was thinking about something like a thick DPM type material.

How to do it, what to use.

Doesn't look that bad, can't really see any holes?
Clean it, red oxide primer, then any old paint as a top coat, bitumen paint is cheap.

And fit gutters to both roofs

There are holes. What would you do with them

Depends how big they are and why the holes are a problem. If you had gutters on both roofs virtually no rain would make it down the sides. If it's to keep rodents out at ground level, some strong mesh should work. Or to keep dust/dirt out you could have a strip of plywood on the inside.

Small holes you could use filler/silicone, bigger holes maybe flashband
