Out of interest, who thinks these "far right thugs" would have felt the need to turn up on Saturday if the Metropolitan Police had done their jobs for the past few weeks, instead of openly ignoring the disgusting behaviour of some of the "pro Palestine" lot?
Why would the anti-Palestinian mob turn up at the Cenotaph?

These are the sort of people I've grown up with and mixed. Not my cup of tea and I don't like anyone attacking our police.
I've done my bit twice defending police against this sort of idiot.
However if the police where able to do their job evenly then maybe vigilantes could just be dreamers.

I know what offends me. On a very important weekend
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said those involved in crimes must face the full force of the law, with the "despicable actions of a minority of people" undermining "those who have chosen to express their views peacefully".
He added that "EDL [English Defence League] thugs attacking police and trespassing on the Cenotaph" war memorial had disrespected the honour of the UK's armed forces.
It could be their cultural background.
The sort rhetoric they use is commonplace in less civilised parts of the world.
It isn't really their fault, they need a crash course in traditional British values.
