Damp and Celotex

Hello, could do with some advice if possible.

I am interested in buying a detached property which is roughly 100 years old. No DPC has been fitted. But instead 62.5mm of Celotex has been fitted throughout the house. (The house was renovated over the last year or so)

The house is known to of had damp issues. Two rooms had DPC fitted 20 years ago.

Any advice given on what to do regarding possibly fitting DPC or or leaving it as it is will be massively appreciated.
