Damp around new French doors

Hello all!

Looking for some help please.

We had two new sets of French doors installed in summer. These have been fine until the really wet weather descended upon us.

I’ve noticed damp patches appearing on the skirting, trim and plaster. There has also been some mould growth on the silicon on the bottom as well as the frame being full of water.

What could be causing this? Pictures attached.

It looks like a Juliette balcony with open in doors

it could be a problem with the frame / cill drainage

also it’s possible the vertical DPC arrangement is wrong - are the plaster reveals damp at all?

Yes open inwards. I’ve added some additional photos including on of the inside of the frames - they have water resting in the bottom of the frame. The reveals are damp in the bottom corners.

Are there any drainage slots, anywhere in the bottom of the door fame? If so are they blocked?

They’re there but the water is pooling on the side opposite to them.
