I have a small damp patch that has started to appear when it rains, it is in the bottom corner where the skirting board meets the UPVC door frame and I can’t work out for the life of me where it is coming from. I have attached pics for reference if anyone can help. I have re sealed the outside as there were some very minor gaps and I thought it had gone away but had come back after recent rainfall. Is it possible that water can get in behind the external hinge on the UPVC door frame?
