Hi, I'm hoping you can help. I have a Defy DGS160 gas hob and electric oven.\The gas plates work fine but the oven is not turning on.
I have replaced the thermostat as i thought this was the most likely problem but it's still doing the same.
I tested the elements and they all seem to be fine. I removed the selector switch, it isn't burned and looks fine but not sure if i can rule this out.
When i turn the selector to any of the functions and set the oven to any temperature, the oven light would usually come on and the red indicator light would come on until it heats up to the desired temperature. Well, the oven light doesn't come on and the indicator light comes on for a millisecond.
