Diagnosing possible toilet leak?

If the pan connector was really a struggle to get on the spigot, there is a chance the rubber seal has become unseated.

Yeah I was quite careful to make sure this didnt happen when I put it on. I used a bit of soapy water to get it one to prevent this. But maybe I do need to take it off and inspect...I just dont want to have to get it back on again

Don`t remove it to look, as you know dry tissue paper will show up any weeps or leaks.

So to be clear, the spigot is the bit that sticks out of the pan at the back?

It was a very tight fit to get the pan connector on the toilet, it was not easy! So I doubt the spigot could be too small

It is somewhat annoying when posters don`t read all of the thread then throw toys out of the pram!

Anyway moving on; Yep spigot is the outlet where the pan connector fits.

Yeah I don't know why forums have a tendency to turn into conflict so easily. It wouldn't happen having this conversation in real life!
