Disabling a sensor (Pyronix V11)

One of my sensors (kitchen window 'shake' sensor) is randomly activating the alarm. No obvious reason, but I thought that this particular device needed a lot of vibration and input before it worked. Can anyone suggest a reason for it going off? Can I disable it in the app (HC 2.0)? I see that I have that option in the downstairs 'set' and I assume that's what it's for. So why do people on here need to go into the control settings if they want to change a door or window frame?

No you can do a manual omit ( if programmed for omit ) from the app by sliding the tab across on the device , this is for one set only ( you have to do it every time you set the alarm )
