I do not think that it is a fire rated door. It has rising butt hinges rather than a door closer.
I would however be very surprised if you did not have to have a fire check door on a kitchen in a rented property (possibly with intumescent strips) and an automatic door closer.
I have a customer that purchased a 4 story town house on the Thames in Hammersmith. Before she purchased it had been previously turned in to a HMO (house of multi occupancy). She asked if I could remove the perko auto door closers. I spoke to the local council and they pretty much said that if they were a requirement at the point of construction, even if the regs have since changed, the fire brigade would have to do a site visit and make a ruling.
She asked me to and.. I took off the auto door closers...
You however are renting your place. AFAIK you need fire check doors throughout, plus door closers and intumescent strips to provide tenants protection from smoke. The exception, possibly, being the bathroom.
