Do interlinked mains powered fire alarms have standardised wiring?

I've got some old mains powered interlinked smoke alarms that need to be replaced and getting the same model is quite pricey compared to other options. Do they all share the same wiring? Mine uses 3 core and earth - live, neutral, and the interlink. I assume it's yes but wanted to double check, thanks.

The physical wiring is the same, L, N, link.
However there is no compatibility between manufacturers, so all of the alarms must be from the same manufacturer.
