Does laminate in upstairs cloakroom need to be waterproof?

Hi

We're having a new sink and toilet in our little upstairs cloakroom. There's no bath or shower and it gets very little use (occassional quick pee/wash hands). Do I need water resistant laminate or will the non water resistant stuff do?

Normal Laminate will be fine, so long as you don't get any leaks/spills etc
