First thing's first - what is that? It hel[ps if you tell people what they are looking at, but it looks like white paint over pink gypsum plaster over white plasterboard (with a grey paper top face) over yellow fibreglass. But I could be wrong
Secondly - asbestos fibres are too small for the human eye to be able to resolve (far smaller in diameter than a human hair and very, very short - so you need a microscope to actually see the fibres). If you can see fibres with the naked eye, it quite possibly isn't asbestos. Asbestos insulation isn't used in mats or loose - it was normally incorporated into other materials as a bonding agent or strengthener. Think corrugated cement asbestos boards or the asbestos mats once found in school labs - however the only way to find out for sure is to get it tested
