Door handle with minimal projection

I've got an internal door in my corridor and I keep hitting my hand against the door handle. Today I just hit myself hard and drew blood and had enough.
Is there a door handle I could fit that would barely project out? I still need to shut the door though I don't need to lock it. Unfortunately flush door handles don't seem to have a mechanism to hook up to the rose. Knobs project out even more than the lever I have although they do have softer edges.

Search for "low profile door handle". You can get ones made for pocket doors that are almost flush.

Excellent. Just what I need.
Looks like I don't need DIY help but how to search on Google
I tried small knobs, small door handles, discrete door handles then flush door handles and gave up!
