My pleasure, for years I used to do them free hand and you were looking at an hour per hinge but with this you can do all 3 in an hour.
centralise the door in the frame in width and height, mark a pencil line onto the frame so you get your door back in the same place, do one hinge at a time, I usually do top, bottom and middle, when removing the top hinge the door will lean over so this is where your pencil marks come in handy, I use pump bags/wedges to pump the door back over then use the jig to drill the dowel holes and the hard works done, repeat for the bottom and the middle should be held in place so is the easy one
