Door Removal

Hi All, I'm wondering if anyone can give some advice on how to remove this door gracefully? I cannot see any screws, on the hinges at all. Any help would be great.

Those flat plates may be covers over the screw heads but I've never seen them before so could be wrong.
Try to lever them off with the aid of a flat screwdriver. Got nothing to lose by trying though it may need a bit of force.
