Dormer windows flashing for plain tiles

Hi,
Can't seem to find details of the soakers/flashing required for uPVC window in stud partition with vertical plain tile cladding.

Do I need a sill tray/pan
Do I need to get heavy with the lead tools and boss out my own
Do I need to put soakers in the ends of the tiles as I think I can see on some locally

Do I need lead above if I've got eaves/top tiles above.
Is this a cross topic issue in roofing also?

The board on the reveal was just to help line tiles up with frame.

you should have had lead apron installed when your tiles reached the cill before you carried on up

Indeed, as per our conversation before
"firstly tile up to the bottom of your window and take some lead and fold it from the sill of the opening down over so it forms a double lap cover over the tile hanging. fit your window with the sill overhanging by the required amount. what I normally do is take some capping fascia and cut it down so that the moulded lip sits over the tiles and what would normally be the face of the fascia buts back into the window. stick it on with silicone and silicone the join. For the head cut a thin strip of either fascia or soffit and again silicone it up under where the tiles hang down, or alternatively run your soffit straight back into the top of the window.
I have to go back and tidy a bit of painting on Monday, on a job I did a couple of weeks ago and can take a picture if you like".

Apologies I forgot to take a pic for you. watch this space I am going past later and will take a shot, won't be able to get a close up, only from the ground.
The other option is to use soakers up the reveal but really you should have fitted the window and done that as you tiled up the edge

The one thing I will say is ordinarily I would have returned the sill around the tile hanging and butted the black "fascia down on to it, but the window guys didn't send me long enough sills and it was Easter weekend when we were doing this.

Yes i was planning to do that but as i was still unsure of what to do i figured i could retro fit and slide in after as it was a better use of my time than scratching my chin pondering.

Yes that was what i was asking in the post if i needed one. Where were you when i asked Anyway i decided to buy gussets and slide in. (still need to do that bit but have them ready) it was visual detail i was after as most examples are finished and wimdows in place. Got hold of an image from lead association manual in end. still not sure about soakers usage up the verge as i think they willl need painting. what would you do?

Thanks for pic and explanation. the sill i have is even shorter than your picture but i can return around slightly so the architrave ill buy will sit on it.
