Downpipe issue

Hello
I'm no DIY expert but this downpipe was fitted at the rear of my property for the first time in years after being inspected by a worker who said I should have a downpipe.

It looks rather rudimentary to me and I was surprised to see metal screws drilled into the plastic. I've raised it with the company and another inspector came out and said he would deal with it after my front porch roof repair had been completed, however I've asked him again but received no response.

Any thoughts welcome, thanks

That is a shocking mess, but was the blue structure added before, or after the pipes?

The pergola added before however I wondered why the downpipe wasn't erected at the end of the property.
It was a housing association.

Needs a few more downpipe brackets holding it to the wall.

Once those screws rust through, unless they are stainless steel.....

that's what you get from H A 's now .40 years of "contractors" since the Direct Labour was scrapped.
