I need to connect a

drayton wiser controller to a boiler Potterton Gold Combi 24 HE A. Can you please advise on the wiring scheme? Please see the wiring picture of the Potterton Gold Combi 24 HE A

What wiring do you have going to the existing 'stat/receiver?

If you don't have a 3 core and earth flex, it would be best to replace it.
Connections would be something like (Assuming one channel Wiser!)...
