DSC fault light

hi all i an stuck with the fault light on a wireless system DSC pk5500, i have changed all the batteries and still get the low battery fault, any advice. Thanks

Changed all batteries?
Have you changed control panel and bell box batteries, as well as all device batteries.
Are the new batteries of good quality and not cheap one's.
