elcb always tripping. can we used mccb instead of elcb?

In my house, the elcb is always tripping which means the elcb is working but it seem, very sensitive. now I just want to ask anybody if it is possible to use MCCB instead of ELCB. Our system here is 3 phase with neutral line and Ground. Could anyone answer. Please.

it is very likely you have a TT system and therefore need some form of earth leakage protection.
