Email notifications from this site

Hi guys.
This is annoying me now.
I foolishly turned on the email notifications to alert me when I had a reply to a watched topic.
I have tried turning this off in settings but they still keep coming.
Had a look in settings and it says they are turned off, but they still come through.

Am I missing something ?

Near the top of the page, click "Watched Topics" and then select stop watching, for each topic, your watching.

No, I want to watch the topics but don't want the emails telling me.
Are you saying you can't watch topics without getting emails ?

That is correct, probably the closest to what you want is Bookmarks.
