Hi,
My wife has seen some enclosed blinds that were really thin and installed on someone's brand new patio door. I think they look like these:

Any idea what are they called? Can they be installed on typical UK patio doors with glass beading like this?

Any pointers on where to source them in the UK will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Two types:
1) Super-expensive but between the panes of sealed double glazed units.
Go to any DG merchants.
2) Google 'perfect fit blinds' for aftermarket units that clip into UPVC DG doors.

There's a variety of online sellers and also shops that sell them (along with curtains and other blind styles). Such shop retailers will supply and fit (at a price).

Search for perfect fit blinds, Blinds to go and most other blind installers sell them, i have them on patio doors and windows, easy to fit, look at a couple of videos.

For intergral blinds i.e inside the glass unit then search for 'uni blinds' but beware they are eye wateringly expensive, ask @ronniecabers , maybe he could get you a price.

For face mounted ones then perfect fit are the ones, a quarter of the price of uni blinds

Yeah blinds inside sealed units are really expensive , all depends on whether you want magnet operated, electric or what

Hi Ronnie, I need 2 sealed blinds for my patio doors, measurements are: 1783mm by 633mm.
I don't need them as electric, not sure what magnet operation is, but happy to use them as manual levers on the side if that works out cheaper?

Recently priced one at 841 x 1078 (so smaller than yours ) , and that was approx £550+vat . You can probably get cheaper . Try Morley Glass

We've done a few bifold ones recently, manual operated with a string cord in the top Rh corner, from memory about £800 each for 700mm x 1850mm

This is quite expensive indeed, we may take the 'perfect-fit blind' route for now.
