Entry Handset Replacement

We have an old entry Handset that is broken and needs replacement.
Think that it is PROBABLY a Ensign (EIS).
Images below.

Any ideas on a suitable replacement?

NB: I brought a Bell 801, but can't find wiring info and don't know if it is compatible.

Any help appreciated!

Don’t waste your time with the bell , it’s not going to work …..you need this handset and read what it says ….don’t short any of the cables …
