Epoxy colour pigment concrete countertop advice, how long to wait before applying epoxy

Hi Guys,

I have made an 85cm x 75cm concrete formed countertop (40mm (4cm) thickness). Currently, this is the third day, I removed the concrete from the melamine form and its perfect. I have covered it with sheeting and kept it wet thoroughly since day 1 every day, I will continue to do this for 7 days recovering after every wetting process to help with the cure.

I am planning to epoxy pigment colour the concrete countertop, though, when do I do this ? can I do this after 7 days or do I wait the whole 28-30 days strength time for the concrete to reach maximum strength?

Sorry, I've no idea, but I'd like to see some pics of what you are doing/done.
