Eurosec PR5648 tamper issue

My son was pressing the keypad too many times and now when we enter the code it says ‘cant set eng. anti + 0960’. I believe on another thread it said we need the engineer code or anti code but this was set 14 years ago and we have no idea what it is. Where can we go from here?

You can try the default engineers code.

You need an installer with the program to generate your reply, note some codes anti codes change so the reply if generated niw may not work

If you remove battery, remove mains add battery put lid on, put mains on fault may clear use user code to reset time and date
