Evinox problem pressure relief valve?

I have a leaky what I believe is a pressure relief valve on the return of an Evinox underfloor system (see photos). There is a flo tube between the heating and return with a flo control (grey plastic knob in pic) set to maximum (4). Could this be the problem with the relief valve? Do I need to replace the relief valve? The mains pressure is 3.7 bar. Can anyone advise me on a solution to this problem.

Can't separate the air vent from the tube. The joint is locked solid. The brass neck, at the joint with the copper collar, rotates about 1/8th of a turn but stops in both directions. Should this be a soldered joint?

Have you isolated at the lever as it doesn't look like it. If not then I would before you try to remove and replacing that.

That looks like a Flamco AAV...in theory you can replace them without shutting off the service valve below (but I would).
Secure the hex immediately below the AAV and unscrew the AAV with pump pliers.
Otherwise remove the Flamco coupling valve piece by securing the lower hex and unscrewing the upper hex.
