Don't make yourself look gormless tonight, when you get on that thunderbox tomorrow do a bit of research.I have there is nothing out there its just a concept and you seem to have run with it.
If you cannot defend your stance then you have no view on it other than it being superficial so easy to dismiss. If you truly believe in it then you would argue for or against it. Either way it seems you have been taken by the marketing spin - be wary of what it says on the tin.
Don't let them fill your head with ideas - let them explain the issue with concrete evidence.

If only we had a national system that charged vehicles accordingly. Perhaps an annual charge based on emissions and the another based on usage. Probable too hard to implement. Oh wait…
