External alarm bell box connections

Hi, I have a old challenger alarm bell box which I want to change for a novo alarm box but unsure of connections, especially the Hold + - as to which connections these are on the new one, please help if any idea, thank you .

0v black with a wire to TMPF
12 red
S- yellow
Str green
TMPF blue
