Hi,

I'm converting a conservatory into a more permanent structure which involves replacing some glass walls with block and brick ones.

I've not got professional plans drawn up, so will get measured for windows and doors once the bricky has finished.

The shape of the building is "5 facet victorian", which means its got two sides that are square to the house, then 5 sides that arch around the front.

The door will be fitted between one of the square sides (which will be a wall) and one facets (that will be a window). Because of the angled sides the openings arent square, they are 18 degree out, so rather than being 180 degrees to each other they are 198 if that makes sense.

Should I...

Get the bricky to continue to built around that angle to give 180 degree opening - issue with losing door size and it being fiddly with lots of probably half bricks.

Or will the glazers be able to provide an angled spacer of some sort to straighten things up, same me some faff and give me a bigger door?

Thanks.
