fence relocation

Hello everybody, i was searching through google with my problem and came across this forum. well laid out and comprehensive.
let me tell you about my problem. I want to relocate my fence back to where it originally was. The problem is when i moved the fence the first time, instead of digging up the posts i just sawed them at the bottom and left about 4 inches of post sticking out of the ground. Is there any way to mount the fence back onto the post using some sort of repair spike. The orginal posts are cemented in.
