Fence sinking/subsiding

Hi there
My fence appears to be sinking around the post on which the gate is hung to the point that it’s now near impossible to open the gate and the hinges are bent.
Can anyone offer some pointers on the best way to fix this, hopefully simpler than completely dismantling the fence and starting again.
I was thinking of jacking it up somehow and then underpinning the fence post with more concrete

remount the hinges with some fresh holes slightly higher up the post.

Remove gate and rehang from wall side , will be more stable .

I have changed the hinges already actually. It then sunk more
