Hello,
Completely new to this forum and I'm also a S**t DIY'er so please forgive my lack of knowledge.
I wonder what is the best method to cover a gap between laminate floor and uPVC door (see photo). I recently had the flooring done but the builder misplaced the trim that was originally there.
I have found a rosewood coloured trim (see photo) and I intend to cut to shape and stick down onto the laminate up to the frame of the door then finish with brown sealant.
I would like to know if this is the correct thing to do. Would sticking the trim on the laminate cause issues eg: expansion.
Thank you and any suggestions would help
Karim
