Hi all,
I've recently been on a mission to fix all draughts in my house, and I noticed that a lot of cold air comes through the downstairs toilet extractor fan vent, especially on a windy day. The toilet is under the stairs, and the vent itself goes into a pipe the other side of the wall which seems to just go underneath the house. Is there any way to resolve this? Do I even need the extractor fan, given that it just a small bathroom with a toilet and a sink? As you can see from the photos, I've looked outside to see if I can figure out where the cold air might be coming in, but I don't know how to locate the source given that the pipe goes under the floor!
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks.
