Thanks for your quick response with the new pics.
From the limited views the pics offer it seems that the roof surface was not correctly prepared, and the GRP was badly applied.
Pic ...939 shows what looks like a rip, and possibly various screw heads are grinning through in the last two pics?
The drip edge seems to have been repaired or reinforced - its been badly done creating wrinkles, and a lip thats possibly causing ponding?
Why not read up on the "Similar threads" below, and other recent GRP threads?

There doesn't appear to be any over-sailing drip, over the raised kerb...?
You need someone to go up and have a look, call some local roofers in the area to get on the roof they will tell you more then we can looking at a few photos other than it does not look good.
Looks very amateurish.
