To Whoever
Second Misermatic Deluxe with a scratched front in exactly the same place, radiant guard flapping around., when are you going to take quality control seriously, it's obvious that if you leave a sharp object next to a timber casing right on the front that transit vibration is going to cause damage, I had to send one back last year for exactly the same problem, whole fires a cut hand waiting to happen, blasted sharp edges everywhere.
Your guarantee slip is a joke, you manufactured the fire, how come you don't know what the serial number is ?, I have to faff around taking the casing off to find it for me to write it down, duh.
What no address and second class postage paid on the guarantee slip !!!!!, jeez it's bad enough I' ve got to faff around notifying the damn thing to corgi, now I've got to get an envelope and a stamp and fill it out, maybe you don't want me to register it.
Bloody short stupid screws to go in the top front to hold the casing on, I'm not a gynaecologist, why did you do away with long screws for ease of fixing like on the older models.
Guess what, some bright spark decided to make the gas connection face downwards or backwards, well hoopy doo, my connection is from the side another brilliant advancement.
Lost a customer this year over one of your Rhapsodys I fitted, Parts Center couldn't get a cable and sleeve, five weeks waiting, gave up in the end and one of your engineers went, he miracously managed to get the parts, appliance shouldn't have needed to be repaired for it's age anyway crap design.
Don't think I will be using your appliances again, plenty of other makers wanting the trade.
